Custom Prospect Database
We can create a database of prospects for you who look just like your current best customers!
You have a number of loyal, responsive customers – people who are so sold on your products or services that you’d love to put them on a duplicating machine and make clones. Name-Finders can help you do just that.

Here’s how this works: Provide us with a segment of your database that represents your best customers (most recent, frequent, or highest dollar value, i.e.). We will match them against one of the most complete consumer databases in the United States, and create a special customer database for you of prospects whose demographic and lifestyle characteristics match those of your best customers. You then rent names from this custom prospect list for your mailings over the course of a year, which offsets the cost of building the prospect database.

There is no charge to build the prospect database. The only requirement is a commitment to rent a minimum number of names from the databases over the course of one year. Contact Us

 
Step 1
We begin by matching your customers’ names and addresses to the database in order to find people who are common to both files. When matches are found, we temporarily append the customer information from the database to the corresponding records in your file to provide a basis for building the model.

Step 2
We select a random sample of non-customers from the database to compare with your customers. Through analysis and with your input, we segment the database to customize a prospect universe for you. Working together with you we determine size of your target audience, mailing quantities, marketing goals etc.
Step 3
Using the model, we assign weights to each of the most significant characteristics of your best prospects. We score all individuals and sort them into ranks from best to worst.
Step 4
We report on the demographics, lifestyles and interests that make up your Model so you get an idea of what your best customers really look like. Lastly, we use a broad list of database variables to profile high, medium and low ranking prospects. You mail the “top of the model” or the best prospects in the model.
